Pliant

Automation of industrial processes using sensor data is the main topic for Pliant. Sorting plastics from waste streams, grading food during production or packaging processes and measuring volume of dumped bulk products is part of their domain. Pliant supports with software and hardware which makes it a very interesting client.

At Pliant I advised as a consultant for ALTEN on strategic product design. The main subject was a new product that utilised an existing sorting machine for fruits and vegetables that was enriched with a high speed grading system.
