FOCUS-ON

In terms of UX, startups in the industrial market are always very challenging as the new companies are growing and demands are changing fast. This new company by industry leaders Samson and Krohne developed an innovative industrial valve that combines several sensors into one smart product.

I coached 2 UX colleagues from ALTEN to help FOCUS-ON set-up their internal sales processes by conducting research and doing service design. As result of a design sprint we presented an advise on how to integrate all involved information systems efficiently into a sales portal that combined the desired workflows.
